Hi, I’m Jill. I help women who are tired of thinking about drinking all the time..

I Know what it's like to:

  • Constantly think about your next drink, even when you want to be present with your children.

  • Feel like alcohol takes up so much space in your mind that there’s no room for anything else.

  • Experience guilt, shame, and remorse over things you’ve said or done while drinking.

  • Feel like a failure because you can’t seem to cut back or stop.

  • Be fed up with your drinking but feel lost about how to make a change.

  • Cringe at the idea of going to AA meetings.

  • Feel drained from constantly hiding your hangovers.

  • Worry endlessly about what others think of you.

You are not Broken !

This is how my story goes...

Breaking Free: My Journey from Alcohol Addiction to Empowerment

Growing up, alcohol cast a long shadow over my family for generations. Both Grandparents and parents struggled with alcohol abuse. I was thrust into the role of caretaker far too young, taking on responsibilities no child should bear as my mother fought alcohol addiction. I vowed to avoid her fate, but at 16, I picked up my first drink, unknowingly stepping into a 40-year battle with alcoholism. At first, alcohol felt like a refuge, numbing the pain of childhood trauma and easing my anxiety. But what started as an escape quickly became a necessity. I was trapped in a relentless cycle of drinking, regret, and despair, each attempt to control my drinking ending in failure. Rules didn’t work, AA meetings felt like a temporary fix, and I constantly felt deprived.

A Mother and Wife in the Grip of Addiction

Being a mother and wife while struggling with addiction felt like an endless battle between love and guilt. My children needed me to be their rock—to nurture, protect, and guide them—but addiction robbed me of the ability to fully be present. Physically, I was there, but emotionally, I was absent. The worry in their eyes, the disappointment in their voices, and the confusion about why I couldn’t just stop drinking were constant reminders of how my actions affected them. As a wife, I saw how my drinking eroded trust, broke promises, and caused pain. The arguments, the hurt on my partner's face, and the growing distance between us only deepened my sense of failure. Addiction isolated me, whispering lies that I was unworthy and that no one could possibly understand. Despite my love for my family, alcohol often came first, leaving me drowning in guilt and shame. Yet, beneath it all, I was determined to find a way out—not just for them, but for me too.

The Turning Point: Shifting My Beliefs

The real change began when I stopped focusing on alcohol as the problem and started questioning the beliefs that kept me tied to it. For years, I believed alcohol was essential to cope with stress, to relax, or even to feel like myself. But these beliefs weren’t facts—they were subconscious patterns keeping me stuck. So I began asking myself:

Why do I believe I need alcohol?

Is it really helping me, or is it holding me back?

What would my life look like without it?

By confronting these questions, I saw that alcohol wasn’t relieving my pain—it was perpetuating it. I replaced my old beliefs with empowering ones. I taught myself that stress could be managed through healthy outlets like exercise, journaling, and meditation. I reminded myself that true joy came from connection, presence, and authenticity—not a drink. I also started visualizing a life free from alcohol—one where I was healthier, more present with my family, and proud of the person I was becoming. Slowly but surely, these new beliefs became stronger than the old ones.

Freedom Through Alignment

The most amazing thing happened as my mindset shifted: the desire to drink began to fade. It wasn’t about willpower anymore—it was about alignment. My actions started to reflect my new beliefs. I no longer saw alcohol as a solution; I saw it for what it really was—a barrier to the life I wanted. Changing my subconscious beliefs wasn’t an overnight process, but it was the key to breaking free. By transforming my thoughts about alcohol, I reclaimed control over my choices and, ultimately, my life.

An Invitation to Heal Together

I share my story to let others know they’re not alone. Addiction may feel like a prison, but freedom is possible. By challenging your beliefs, embracing your worth, and taking small steps forward, you can create a new narrative. To anyone struggling, I invite you to reflect on your story, share your experiences, and begin your journey of transformation. Don't let the past keep you imprisoned and dictate your future. Together, we can break the cycle of addiction and write new chapters filled with strength, resilience, and hope. You are more than your struggles, and a brighter tomorrow awaits.
